Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of downloadable books and other digital content from Behind the Bench Press are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive a corrupted or incorrect file, are charged more than once for the same purchase, or otherwise have a problem with your order, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or refund.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
